Customize interview cancellation and reschedule reasons
Coordinators and interviewers now select a reason when they cancel or reschedule an interview, with an optional note for extra context, and candidates see the same review step when they self-reschedule. Site Admins, and Job Admins with the can manage company metadata permission, configure the reason list in Custom Options, including whether a reason is required and whether it's visible to candidates.

Stage transitions on job transfers
Stage transitions now fire when a candidate is transferred to another job, not just when they land on a stage directly. Transfers previously never triggered an org's configured stage transitions, with no indication to the user that anything had failed to happen.

Cap applications on a job post
Recruiters can now set a maximum number of applications a job post will accept; once the cap is reached, the post automatically moves to draft. Turning on automatic rejection lets recruiters reject post-cap applicants on arrival, with a rejection reason they configure up front.

Add interviewer groups to self-schedule requests
Schedulers can now add interviewer groups or hiring team roles to a self-schedule request, not just named interviewers, and Greenhouse only offers candidates times where every slot on the request can be filled by a distinct, available person. If an assigned interviewer declines, auto-replace can automatically fill the slot from another available group member.

Send self-schedule requests on multi-interview stages
Coordinators can now send a self-schedule request for individual interviews on stages with more than one interview, such as an onsite. Each interview gets its own request, confirmation email and status in the stage, and candidates can book them in any order. Automated stage transitions still only send self-schedule requests on single-interview stages, so requests on multi-interview stages are sent manually.

Choose which rejection email template is pre-selected
Site Admins can now set the reject window to always pre-select your organization's default rejection email template, instead of the last template each user picked. The setting is off by default, so nothing changes unless a Site Admin turns it on under Configure > Permissions. Users can still choose a different template before sending.
Manage your org's own MCP redirect URI allowlist
Site Admins can now add, edit, and remove their org's own approved redirect URIs for Greenhouse MCP directly from Dev Center, instead of sending Greenhouse a redirect URL for a developer to add manually. The existing global allowlist still applies as a fallback, so tools already approved there keep working with no extra setup.
Site Admins can manage this under Dev Center > MCP Access > Clients.

Recent updates to Greenhouse Analytics (Open Beta)
Greenhouse Analytics, in open beta for Core, Plus, and Pro customers, added several updates this month. Dashboard visualizations now load much faster, and a new indicator shows when your org's analytics data was last refreshed. Editing a data view now warns before removing a field that's in use elsewhere, and the calculated field editor offers clearer guidance for required fields and empty states. Admins can now also choose the org's default chart color palette.

Retrieve Notetaker transcripts and recordings through Harvest v3
You can now pull a Greenhouse Notetaker interview's transcript and a link to its recording through a new interview_media endpoint in Harvest v3, filterable by interview or application. The same data is reachable through Greenhouse MCP, so approved AI tools can retrieve transcripts and recordings directly.

Grant service accounts access to confidential jobs
You can now authorize a Harvest v3 service account to read and update an organization's confidential jobs, extending access that previously required a named user account. Access is granted per integration at authorization, so existing service accounts keep their current confidential-job restrictions unless a customer explicitly opts one in.
