The Pebl Global Work Platform™ is an end-to-end solution that enables organizations to hire, onboard, manage, and pay employees compliantly across multiple countries without establishing local entities. By abstracting the complexities of global employment, Pebl empowers companies to expand internationally with speed, confidence, and full regulatory compliance. The platform centralizes global employment operations through a unified interface, offering:
- Compliant Onboarding & Employment Management: Pebl simplifies Employer of Record (EOR) hiring by managing employment relationships in accordance with local labor laws and regulations. This ensures organizations remain compliant while reducing administrative burden and operational risk.
- Integrated Workflows with Embedded Experience: Pebl provides bi-directional data synchronization with leading ATS, HRIS, HCM, and finance systems. Through embedded experiences, users can perform Pebl actions, like onboarding, contract review, or PTO management, directly within their existing HR or finance systems eliminating the need to switch platforms and improving overall efficiency.
- Automated Payroll & Benefits: Pebl provides fully managed global payroll processing, benefits administration, and tax compliance, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while adhering to country-specific requirements.
- PTO & Employee Lifecycle Management: The platform enables real-time synchronization of time-off requests, employee updates, and lifecycle events across integrated systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy of workforce data at all times.
- Secure Infrastructure: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, ensuring privacy, security, and compliance with global standards.
By offering deep integrations and embedded workflows at different levels, Pebl delivers a frictionless EOR experience that empowers Partners, HR, payroll, finance teams, and more to manage global operations efficiently, while maintaining compliance and transparency at every step.
Pebl's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to create candidates in Greenhouse that in turn create employees in Pebl. Once employees sign their contract in Pebl, the status is automatically updated back in Greenhouse, and an email notifies recruiters when the contract has been signed.
Configure the Pebl integration
You authorize the connection once by opening a secure authorization link that Pebl provides, signing in to your Greenhouse instance, and approving the requested permissions.
Your Pebl onboarding team sends you a secure Greenhouse authorization link as part of your integration setup.
Open the link and sign in to Greenhouse (if you aren't already), then review the permissions Pebl is requesting.
Click Authorize. Greenhouse redirects you back to Pebl and the connection is now active.
Who can authorize: The user who authorizes must be a Greenhouse Site Admin. If the connection drops, contact your Pebl onboarding team for a new link.
Pebl requests / permissions
When you authorize, Greenhouse shows the specific data permissions Pebl needs. These cover the objects the sync reads from and writes to:

Setting up custom field mappings
To use the Pebl integration, you'll create a set of custom fields in Greenhouse Recruiting. These fields hold the information Pebl needs to create and manage the employment record. Your Pebl onboarding team will guide you through this and confirm the final list for your setup.
When you create each field, Greenhouse automatically generates a field key (for example, "Legal First Name" generates legal_first_name). Share each key with your Pebl onboarding team so it can be mapped on the Pebl side.
Fields mapping details
| Greenhouse field | Object | Type | Required | Custom? |
| Pebl Sync | Offer | Yes/No | Yes | Yes |

Create a custom field
To create each field above, click the Configure icon on your navigation bar, then click Custom Options on the left. Select the object the field belongs to (for example, Offer), then click Add field and enter:
- Name: the field name from the table above
- Type: the field type from the table above
- Options (single-select fields only): paste in all values — your Pebl onboarding team provides these for Office Location, Employment Type, and Nationality
- Mark Required: check this for any field marked "Required: Yes" in the table
Click Save. Greenhouse generates the field key automatically; share it with your Pebl onboarding team to complete the mapping.
Repeat for each field in the table.
Note: Greenhouse Recruiting supports several custom field types (custom offer fields, custom job fields, and more). The fields above are created as custom offer and job post fields. To learn more, see Greenhouse's custom offer fields documentation.
Using the Pebl integration
Workflow 1 — Greenhouse to Pebl: offer created or approved
Once the integration is enabled, the primary flow starts with an offer being created or approved (based on the client's configured preference).
Create the offer
When creating an offer for a candidate, complete the required fields, including the Pebl-specific custom fields: Start Date, Legal First/Last Name, Employment Type, Nationality, Visa/Work Permit Required, Primary Phone Number, Personal Email Address, Office Location, Job Title, Compensation, and Pebl Sync.
Note: "Pebl Sync" must be set to "Yes" for the sync to activate.
Complete the remaining fields: Preferred First Name, Contract Type, "Employee is local national in country," and "Company has entity in country."
Click Save to create the Greenhouse offer.
Trigger choice: You can trigger the sync on offer create or on offer approve — this is set during configuration. If the trigger is "Offer Create," saving the offer syncs it. If it's "Offer Approve," move the stage to Offer and approve it (Move stage > Offer > Approve) to trigger the sync.
Confirm in Pebl
See the synced Employment (Engagement) on the Pebl platform.
Verify the employee details that synced over.
Workflow 2 — Pebl to Greenhouse: candidate marked Hired on contract signed
Once a Greenhouse offer is synced to a Pebl employment, changes can be made on the Pebl platform. When everything is finalized and the contract is signed in Pebl, a sync marks the candidate as Hired in Greenhouse.
In Pebl, go to Talent > Onboarding and search for the employee.
Click into the employee and click Complete New Hire Steps.
Click View Progress on the top banner.
Complete the forms through to "Approve" the offer.
Open the Step 3 Worker Setup tab and click Employment Agreement Completion.
Upload the contract agreement, fill in the dates, and click Mark Step as Complete. Note: the start date in Pebl must match the start date in Greenhouse.
This automatically marks the candidate as Hired in Greenhouse, and notifies the recruiter by email.
