Prompt candidates to provide their personal pronouns

Select the Configure icon  Icon_-_Configure__redesign_.png. Then, select Inclusion Tools from the navigation menu on the left. 

From the Inclusion Tools page, scroll down to the Interviewing panel and turn on Prompt candidates to provide their pronouns.

Select the Configure icon  Icon_-_Configure__redesign_.png. Then, select Inclusion Tools from the navigation menu on the left. Scroll down to the Interviewing panel and turn on Prompt candidates to record their name pronunciation.

Confirmation emails are enabled for every live  job post on this job 

When creating a new job, you can enable and configure confirmation emails. As you create your job, proceed through the Job info > Hiring team > Job kickoff > Scorecard > Interview plan steps.

When you reach the Job post step, scroll down to Settings and select Send confirmation email to candidates.

To configure your company goals, click the Configure Configure icon icon on your navigation bar, then click Company Goals on the left. To add a target value to any goal, select the Edit icon.

To choose who will receive a candidate survey, go to Configure Configure icon , Candidate survey. Then, click Edit survey settings.

To give job seekers visibility into their applications, send emails when your organization rejects applications.  

Site admins can create organization-wide rejection templates. To create a template, go to Configure Configure icon, Email templates, Organization templates, then select New. When you’ve filled out the required fields, click Save. Your template will appear as an option when users reject candidates.

You can configure a scorecard during job setup. At this time, you can add and categorize attributes on which you will assess candidates.

To enable focus attributes during candidate roundup, select the Configure icon  Icon_-_Configure__redesign_.png. Then, select Inclusion Tools from the navigation menu on the left. Go to the Application review section, then turn on Select scorecard attributes to focus on during candidate roundup.

You’ll choose which attributes to focus on during job setup.

“Remind interviewers to add a note when rating an attribute” is set to required (Expert tier only) 

To enable interview reminders, select the Configure icon  Icon_-_Configure__redesign_.png. Then, go to Inclusion Tools from the navigation menu on the left. Scroll down to Interviewing, then set Remind interviewers to add a note when rating an attribute to “required.”

To set scorecard permissions for your organization, go to Configure Configure-icon.pngPermission Policies, then select Interviewers

To customize scorecard visibility on the Job Admin level, go to Configure Configure-icon.pngPermission Policies, Job Admins, then select See and manage Job Admin levels.

To activate your account’s inclusion nudges, click Configure Configure-icon.png, then navigate to Inclusion Tools on the left-hand panel, and turn ON all nudges.

Configuring your scorecard

Any or all application review stages on this job anonymize resumes (Expert tier only) 

Go to Jobs and select one of your open jobs. Then, select Job Setup, then Interview Plan. Resume anonymization can be turned on for two stages: Application Review and Hiring Manager Review. 

Click the Edit icon next to the stage name and go to the Additional Settings section. Add a checkmark to the box next to Anonymize Resumes in Application Review, then select Save to enable resume anonymization.

Any or all take-home tests on this job use anonymized grading (Expert tier only)
