Tip: Join us for a live training to get started with Goals! This training will help you create company and individual goals, as well as use new essential reports to track goal attainment.

Measure, iterate, and improve every part of your hiring process

Company goals are organization-wide attainment targets. Use company goals to set performance targets so teams across your company can get measurably better at hiring. You can measure objectives like the time to submit scorecards or the time to approve offers. You can also set company goals by department.

Company goals are measured by a job's hiring team. Be sure to set up your hiring team (recruiter, hiring manager) on each job to ensure goals are tracked effectively.

Once a company goal is set, people at your organization can track their progress against the organization's current and target attainment on their Greenhouse Recruiting dashboard.
