Hiring Team Overview

An important step in a structured hiring process is defining your team's roles and responsibilities for a particular job. In addition to Greenhouse User-Specific Permissions, which control advanced actions a user can perform, Roles can be assigned per job/candidate to help organize the application, filter candidates, assign tasks and report on progress.

In order to streamline that step, Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to assign a Hiring Team to any individual job from the job setup page.
