The time to approve offer company goal represents the ideal time between when a Greenhouse Recruiting user receives an offer approval request and when they approve or deny the offer. Use the time to approve offer goal attainment report to track progress on this goal.
View time to approve offer goal attainment report
To create a time to approve offer goal attainment report, click Reports on your dashboard's navigation bar.
On the Reports page, click Essential reports.
Select Time to Approve Offer Goal Attainment from the Understand Goal and Attainment Metrics section.
Your time to approve offer goal attainment report will generate.
Your report will display attainment percentages for your entire organization in a visualization. Below this visual chart, you'll find a breakdown of attainment percentages for individual users or departments (depending on the report filters you've applied) in a table.
Attainment percentages are relative to the target value your organization set for this goal and the time period you've selected as a filter for your report columns. Each percentage is calculated by the total number of actions completed on time (based on the target value you've set) over the total number of actions overall for your filtered time period.
For example: You've set your time to approve offer goal report to display your attainment levels per week. Each percentage represents the number of times you've approved offers within your target divided by the total number of times you've approved offers (whether on time or not) for that week.
Note: Credit for the time to approve offer goal will accrue to all approvers in the approval flow equally. For instance, if two approvers are required, and one approves in 2 hours, while the other approves in 4 hours, the time to approve offers goal will show 4 hours for both approvers.
Time to approve offer goal attainment report visualization
The time to approve offer goal attainment report presents your organization's attainment levels in a line chart. The attainment percentage is displayed on the y-axis and the time period is displayed on the x-axis.
You can hover over each point in the visualization for additional details.
This visualization will adjust each time you apply new filters from the Filters and more dropdown.
Apply report filters
Click Filters and more to apply filters and further refine your report.
You can use the following filters on your time to approve offer goal attainment report:
- Rows – select whether to display attainment levels for users or departments
- Columns – select whether to display attainment levels per week, month, or quarter
- Activity date – view goal attainment for a specific date range
- User or department filter – view goal attainment for specific users or departments
Note: Activity date is set to the last 180 days by default. To optimize performance, company goals data is only available for the last 365 days.
Click Apply to add your selected filters and adjust your report.
