Measure, iterate, and improve every part of your hiring process
Company goals are organization-wide attainment targets. Use company goals to set performance targets so teams across your company can get measurably better at hiring. You can measure objectives like the time to submit scorecards or the time to approve offers. You can also set company goals by department.
Company goals are measured by a job's hiring team. Be sure to set up your hiring team (recruiter, hiring manager) on each job to ensure goals are tracked effectively.
Once a company goal is set, people at your organization can track their progress against the organization's current and target attainment on their Greenhouse Recruiting dashboard.
Note: The company goals dashboard widget displays your individual attainment and your organization's overall attainment toward a company goal from the last 14 days to 11:59:59 PM of the previous day.
To quickly access and report on company goal attainment, click See goal dashboard.
