When creating a new job, you can enable and configure confirmation emails. As you create your job, proceed through the Job info > Hiring team > Job kickoff > Scorecard > Interview plan steps.
When you reach the Job post step, scroll down to Settings and select Send confirmation email to candidates.

To enable interview reminders, select the Configure icon . Then, go to Inclusion Tools from the navigation menu on the left. Scroll down to Interviewing, then set Remind interviewers to add a note when rating an attribute to “required.”

Go to Jobs and select one of your open jobs. Then, select Job Setup, then Interview Plan. Resume anonymization can be turned on for two stages: Application Review and Hiring Manager Review.
Click the Edit icon next to the stage name and go to the Additional Settings section. Add a checkmark to the box next to Anonymize Resumes in Application Review, then select Save to enable resume anonymization.
