Greenhouse Recruiting
Manage Notetaker consent and recording options
Site Admins can now choose opt-in or opt-out consent and audio-only recording for Greenhouse Notetaker by office and department, and send consent requests for interviews scheduled outside Greenhouse. This opens Notetaker to regions that require opt-in.
Site Admins can update these settings under Configure > AI Tools > Greenhouse Notetaker settings.
Read more about Greenhouse Notetaker.
Other changes
- Job Admins and above can now choose to notify users by email when a candidate marks a specific job as their Dream Job. This option is on the Notifications page of Job Setup. Read more about MyGreenhouse Dream Job.
- Teams can now filter past candidates by Recently active in MyGreenhouse under Quality signals on the Past candidates tab in Talent Matching, making it easier to reach strong past candidates as they look for new roles. This signal isn't shown for candidates marked as hired. Read more about past candidates in Talent Matching.
Integrations
New partners on the hiring cloud
Candidate testing: Anna by Talent Pronto is an AI interviewer that screens candidates when they reach a set stage, then moves passing candidates forward and posts scores and reports to their Greenhouse profiles.
Candidate testing: Aperture runs structured AI interviews from a job's interview plan and returns each candidate's score, pool rank, and report link to their Greenhouse profile, so your team can compare candidates faster.
Candidate testing: Aplaix screens candidates with video interviews and sends assessed candidates to your Greenhouse pipeline with a resume and a link to the full submission.
Candidate testing: Codility Advanced Interview lets teams create Codility interview links from a candidate profile in Greenhouse and attaches the interview report, with scores, task summaries, and interviewer notes, to the candidate's application.
Optimization: Godric builds interview plans and candidate analyses from your Greenhouse jobs, stages, candidates, and applications.
Candidate sourcing: Obra lets recruiters search a database of hundreds of millions of candidate profiles, flags people already in Greenhouse, and builds searches from live job descriptions, so your team can find qualified candidates faster.
Candidate sourcing: Riviera Partners Sutro sends candidates from Sutro to Greenhouse once they reach a defined stage, supporting individual contributor recruiting without a full two-way sync.
Optimization: Town is an AI assistant that reads jobs, candidates, and scorecards in Greenhouse and can move candidates or add notes after your approval.
Candidate sourcing: Weekday lets teams discover candidates in Weekday and export them to a linked Greenhouse job, so your team can keep Greenhouse as its ATS.

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where deleting a job or job post sometimes failed when LinkedIn Apply Connect had created duplicate records for the job post.
- Fixed an issue where creating or updating jobs, offers, and other records through Harvest v3 with an invalid custom field option returned a "forbidden" response instead of a clear validation message.
- Fixed an issue where large bulk imports could stop partway through creating candidates and stay in a running state.
- Fixed an issue where prospects could not be added to an event after the event's creator was deactivated.
