TalentWall’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly sync jobs, candidates, and hiring data, providing a centralized visual workspace to manage your recruitment pipeline while keeping information up to date across both platforms.
Enable the integration
To set up the connection, log in to your TalentWall account as an admin, then click on your email address, go to Account Settings > ATS Connection. Click the Greenhouse button in the first section.
Within Greenhouse, authorize Crosschq to access the necessary services for the integration.
After authorization, you will be redirected to the wall page in TalentWall, where a blue notification will indicate that the integration was successfully established and data is being imported.
Webhook configuration
On the Account Settings page, copy the webhook URL and secret. Use these credentials to configure new webhooks in Greenhouse Recruiting to receive real-time updates.
Use the TalentWall integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the TalentWall integration is enabled for your organization, you can access and manage your Greenhouse Recruiting hiring pipeline directly from TalentWall.
TalentWall provides a visual representation of your jobs and candidates, allowing recruiters and hiring managers to track applications, manage candidate progression, and gain insights into their recruitment process.
With the integration, you can:
- Visualize your hiring pipeline: View candidates organized by their current interview stages in an intuitive, drag-and-drop interface.
- Move candidates between stages: Advance or move candidates to different interview stages directly from TalentWall. Changes are automatically reflected in Greenhouse Recruiting.
- Transfer candidates between jobs: Move candidate applications to other jobs without leaving TalentWall.
- Reject candidates: Reject applications directly from TalentWall, with the option to send or skip rejection emails.
- Review candidate information: Access candidate profiles, application details, and other relevant information synchronized from Greenhouse Recruiting.
- View job details: Review job information, hiring teams, and other relevant recruitment data in one centralized workspace.
- Analyze hiring performance: Use interactive charts and dashboards to monitor pipeline activity, identify bottlenecks, and track key recruitment metrics.
Keeping Greenhouse Recruiting and TalentWall synchronized
TalentWall automatically imports jobs, candidates, applications, and other relevant recruitment data from Greenhouse Recruiting.
When webhooks are configured, changes made in Greenhouse Recruiting trigger updates in TalentWall, helping keep your hiring pipeline up to date.
Similarly, actions performed in TalentWall, such as moving candidates between stages, transferring applications, or rejecting candidates, are reflected in Greenhouse Recruiting.
This bidirectional integration allows hiring teams to manage their recruitment workflows from either platform while maintaining consistent candidate and application information.
