Aplaix is a video-based candidate screening platform that acts as an intelligent filter before candidates reach your ATS. Recruiters send candidates a video screening link, candidates record responses on their own time, and Aplaix generates assessments based purely on transcript analysis. Human recruiters make all hiring decisions — Aplaix provides signals, not verdicts.
Aplaix's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to automatically push assessed candidates from Aplaix into their Greenhouse pipeline when a hiring decision is made, complete with resume and a direct link back to the full Aplaix submission.
Configure the Aplaix integration
From Dashboard, click 'Settings'.
Click 'ATS' from the left-hand menu.
Choose 'Greenhouse' from the ATS provider dropdown and click 'Connect'.
Authorize Aplaix to your Greenhouse account and click 'Login'.
Review the requested permissions. Before clicking 'Authorize', check the "Authorize using a service account" checkbox — this ensures Aplaix uses an org-level account for all API calls rather than your personal Greenhouse account.
Verify you've successfully connected Aplaix to Greenhouse.
Use the Aplaix integration
Role creation
Click 'Create Role' in the upper right-hand corner.
Select a JD doc, or paste text or a URL from which to create the role.
Click 'Process PDF & Continue'.
Choose a job from the dropdown, populated from Greenhouse, and click 'Create Role'.
Decision making loop
Navigate to the 'Roles' page.
Click on the role you want to review submissions for.
Click on the applicant you want to make a decision for.
Determine whether you want to 'Move Forward' or 'Reject' the submission.
Click 'Decide Externally'.
Confirm you want to proceed with the decision.
Confirm your decision has been saved.
Navigate to 'Candidates' on your Greenhouse dashboard and click on the candidate.
Confirm the information that was sent by Aplaix is correct.
