Sutro is an in-house system used at Riviera Partners. This integration enables the Riviera Partners team to connect Sutro with the client's Greenhouse account to support IC recruiting workflows. It focuses on a one-way, one-time candidate push from Sutro to Greenhouse, without building a full bi-directional ATS sync.

The Riviera recruiter/contact will work with the Client to set up this one-way integration to send candidates to Greenhouse once they reach the In-Contention stage in Sutro.

Set up the Greenhouse Recruiting / Riviera Partners Sutro integration

To integrate with Sutro, you'll need to create an Ingestion API key and provide it to Riviera Partners' Lead Recruiter/Contact.

Follow the steps in this article for more information on creating an Ingestion API Key.

Use the values below when creating the key:

  • API Type: Candidate Ingestion
  • Partner: Riviera Partners
  • Description: Riviera Partners Ingestion API Key

Once the key is created, provide it to Riviera Partners so they can set up the integration with Greenhouse Recruiting.

Use the Riviera Partners Sutro integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

To use the integration, please work with your Riviera Partners contact.

Provide your Riviera contact with the Client ID (email address) and Client Secret (API key) to set up the connection between Sutro and the client's Greenhouse ATS.

Once these details are added, a connection is created between the client's Greenhouse ATS and Sutro (for example, Walmart).

Following this, the Sutro Admin or Riviera contact will map the Sutro job to the client's job. This enables a one-time candidate push from Sutro to the client's Greenhouse ATS when a candidate reaches a defined stage. Candidate and application information is synced in Greenhouse.
