Talent Pronto is an AI-powered hiring platform built around Anna, its AI interviewer. Anna conducts a structured, conversational first-round screening interview with every applicant within minutes of applying, scores each candidate against a role-specific rubric, and produces a complete interview report, so your team spends its time on qualified candidates instead of resumes.
Talent Pronto's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting makes this fully automatic inside your existing pipeline. When a candidate reaches a designated stage in Greenhouse, Anna screens them; based on the result, Anna advances passing candidates to the next stage and rejects the rest with a rejection reason attached. The score, a per-question breakdown, and the full interview report PDF are posted to the candidate's Greenhouse profile, so recruiters never leave Greenhouse.
Configure the Anna by Talent Pronto integration
To complete the steps below, you must be a Site Admin in Greenhouse Recruiting with the developer permission: can manage ALL organization's API Credentials. You'll also need an active Talent Pronto account.
Start the connection in Talent Pronto
In Talent Pronto, go to Settings > ATS Integration and select Greenhouse. This opens the Connect Greenhouse page, which outlines the process: sign in to Greenhouse as a Site Admin, review the requested access, and authorize.
Click Connect with Greenhouse.
Sign in to Greenhouse
You'll be taken to Greenhouse, where you'll see the "Authorize Anna by Talent Pronto" screen listing the permissions the integration needs (viewing jobs, candidates, and applications; moving and rejecting applications; creating notes and attachments; and related read access).
Enter the email address of a Greenhouse Site Admin and click Log in to Greenhouse.
Authorize the integration
After signing in, Greenhouse shows the authorization screen again with an Authorize using a service account option. Leave this checked, it creates an organization-level service account to own the connection, so the integration isn't tied to your personal account.
Click Authorize. You'll be sent back to Talent Pronto automatically.
Confirm the connection
Back in Talent Pronto, the Greenhouse card shows a Connected status along with who authorized it and when it was last verified. Use Test Connection anytime to re-verify, Reconnect to re-authorize, or Disconnect to remove the integration.
Data the integration reads and writes
Talent Pronto reads job data (job name, description, and hiring stages) and candidate application data (name, email, phone, resume, and current stage). When a screening interview is complete, Talent Pronto writes back to the candidate's Greenhouse profile: it moves the application to the mapped stage or rejects it with a configured rejection reason, and it attaches the screening score, a per-question breakdown, and the full interview report PDF.

Use the Anna by Talent Pronto integration
Import a job from Greenhouse
In Talent Pronto, click New Job, then select Import from ATS and choose the Greenhouse job you want to screen for.
Next, answer a few short questions about the ideal candidate, and Anna will plan the most effective interview questions and the scoring rubric for each question. Review the plan, modify it, add your own questions, and then continue.
Map your hiring stages. Choose the Greenhouse stage that triggers Anna's screening (for example, Application Review), the Greenhouse stage that passing candidates move to (for example, Preliminary Phone Screen), and the rejection action when Anna rejects a candidate.
Publish the job and click Finish.
Screen candidates with Anna
- When a candidate enters the trigger stage in Greenhouse, Talent Pronto automatically sends the candidate an email and a text message with a link to their interview with Anna. No recruiter action is required.
- The candidate reviews the job description and chooses to interview with the resume they submitted through Greenhouse or to upload a new one.
- Anna conducts a conversational screening interview that takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Candidates can pause and resume at any time.
Review results in Greenhouse
- When the interview is complete, Talent Pronto moves the candidate to the mapped pass stage in Greenhouse or rejects the application with the configured rejection reason.
- The candidate's screening results are uploaded to their Greenhouse profile, including the overall score out of 100, a breakdown of each answer scored against the rubric criteria, and the full interview report PDF.
