Godric is an AI hiring copilot that helps teams run structured, competency-based hiring processes. Users can integrate Greenhouse Recruiting to sync jobs and candidate information into Godric to generate interview plans, candidate insights, interview analyses, and hiring recommendations that support more consistent and informed hiring decisions.
Configure the Godric integration
Note: You must be subscribed to Godric's Pro or Premium plan and be an administrator of your Greenhouse account to complete setup.
In Godric, open the Account menu and go to your Organization page.
Under Integrations, click Set up ATS sync.
In the setup window, select Greenhouse (not "Greenhouse Job Board API").
When prompted to authenticate, select Use my credentials.
Click I am an admin, then continue through the permissions review and click Next.
On Connect Greenhouse, click Open window and sign in to Greenhouse to authorize Godric.ai. Review the requested Harvest scopes, then approve access.
Return to Godric and finish the setup dialog.
You're done! On your Organization page you should see ATS sync is active. Your Greenhouse data will sync to Godric within a few minutes.
What data syncs from Greenhouse
Note: This integration is one-way (Greenhouse → Godric). Godric does not write any data back to Greenhouse.

Use the Godric integration
Once the Godric integration with Greenhouse is set up, your jobs and candidates periodically sync from Greenhouse to your Godric account. After syncing, Godric creates interview plans for your jobs and generates analyses for your candidates.
Open Jobs from the main menu. Synced Greenhouse jobs show a sync indicator.
Open a job to review Godric's interview plan.
Open the Candidates tab on that job to review candidates and Godric's analyses.
If a newly posted Greenhouse job or candidate does not appear yet, wait for the next sync cycle or ask a Godric admin to confirm ATS sync is still active on the Organization page.
FAQ
Who can set up the integration?
A Godric organization admin on the Pro or Premium subscription can set up the integration in Godric. The person completing Greenhouse authorization must be an admin of your organization's Greenhouse account.
How often does data sync?
Godric syncs data twice daily after the connection is active. Sync status is shown on the Organization page under ATS sync. If you need a more frequent sync cadence, please contact support.
What if I need to disconnect or reconnect?
A Godric organization admin can disconnect ATS sync from the Organization page, then run the setup steps to reconnect and re-authorize Greenhouse.
Does Godric update Greenhouse?
No. The integration is one-way from Greenhouse into Godric. Data created or updated in Godric stays in Godric unless you update Greenhouse separately.
