Onboarding goals are created by your hiring manager to provide you with a structured onboarding experience where you can track milestones and manage your objectives in a centralized location.
Unlike tasks, which commonly focus on administrative actions at the organization or department level (for example, completing a W-4 form), goals provide clear onboarding objectives specific to your role. This creates stronger alignment between you and your hiring manager by defining what success looks like in the critical 30-day period.
Complete your onboarding goals
To begin, navigate to the 30 day goals tab on your employee profile. (Profile > 30 days goals)
Click the arrow icon next to each goal to expand the details and complete your onboarding objectives.
Using the Status dropdown, change the goal status to one of the following:
- To do
- In progress
- Need help
- Completed
