This article outlines how to view and manage an employee's profile in Greenhouse Onboarding as an employee, manager, admin, or user with custom access. Click here to learn how to edit your personal employee profile.
For example, coordinators who are assigned as a manager to other employees will have more access to the employee profile than users with manager access only. Click here to learn more about user permissions in Greenhouse Onboarding.
Employee access
To help foster engagement and connection in your organization, you are able to view basic information about other employees.
To access a coworker's profile, enter their name in the Search box located at the top of your home page. Click the resulting employee from the dropdown that appears.
The header of their employee profile includes their name, profile picture, pronouns and pronunciations, job title, department, start date, and work email.
This page also displays additional personal information, their manager, and a list of the employee's direct reports if they are assigned as a manager to other employees.
Manager access
Users assigned as a manager can view their employees' profiles, set up new hire goals, and manage employee tasks and documents.

Admin access
Admins in Greenhouse Onboarding can view profiles for employees across your organization, update employee profile admin settings, manage employee goals, tasks, and documents, and monitor email activity.

Custom access
Custom access is a set of specialized permissions granted to users by your organization's Admin Owner. Your view of an employee's profile will depend on how your custom permissions are configured.
Example: If you are an employee's mentor and given access to view and edit tasks assigned to current employees, you'll see the Tasks tab on the employee's profile.

Based on your custom permissions, the employee's profile will include the following tabs:
Info tab
On the Info tab, you'll find additional personal information for the employee, details about their manager, and a list of their direct reports if the employee is assigned as a manager to other users.
Click Edit to add or make changes to the employee's information. Click Save when you're finished editing.
Tasks tab
The Tasks tab shows all tasks assigned to the employee, their manager, and other users in the organization, such as their Onboarding Coordinator.
Documents tab
The Documents tab shows all documents and e-signatures assigned to the employee.
Click Add Document to assign a new document to this employee. Click Request Signature to send an e-signature request to this employee.
Integrations tab
The Integrations tab allows you to export an employee's information to the third-party integrations you've set up with Greenhouse Onboarding.
Note: The Integrations tab is visible to custom users who've been granted access by your organization's Admin Owner.
Click Export next to the third-party integration where you'd like to send this employee's details. You can also review the information and values that have already been sent to this integration.
Email activity tab
Use the Email activity tab to review all email notifications from Greenhouse Onboarding that have been sent to this employee.
Note: The Email activity tab is only visible to custom users who've been granted access by your organization's Admin Owner.
