Inclusion matters for both the candidate experience and the new hire experience. Candidates have the option to include their pronouns and name pronunciation during the interview process in Greenhouse Recruiting. Once a candidate is marked as hired, their pronouns and pronunciations are automatically sent to Greenhouse Onboarding to foster an inclusive onboarding process.
New hires and current employees can self-select, edit, or remove pronouns directly in their employee profiles at any time.
View personal pronouns
Navigate to your employee profile to view your personal pronouns.
You can also view the personal pronouns of other employees in your organization. Use the Search bar at the top of your homepage to search for another employee and open their profile.
Note: By default, all Greenhouse Onboarding users can edit their own pronouns and view other employees' pronouns. If you can't edit your personal pronouns or see another employee's pronouns, your organization may have restricted access. Reach out to your organization's Owner user to learn more.
Review name pronunciations
Navigate to your employee profile to review your name pronunciation. Click the play button to listen to your pronunciation audio.
You can hear other employees' name pronunciations (if they recorded a name pronunciation during interviews). Use the Search bar at the top of your homepage to search for another employee and open their profile.
