Goals for new hires elevates your role as hiring manager by allowing you to set measurable and attainable growth-related objectives for your new hires.
Unlike tasks, which commonly focus on administrative actions at the organization or department level, goals provide clear onboarding objectives specific to a new employee's role. This creates stronger alignment between you and your new hires by defining what success looks like in the critical 30-day onboarding period.
Get started with onboarding goals
To begin, select an employee from the My New Hires section on your homepage.
Navigate to the 30 day goals tab in your new hire's employee profile.

You'll see the high-level objectives and goals for your new hire's role as defined by the hiring manager in the job kickoff form. When you create onboarding goals for your new hire, you can manually copy and paste these responses as needed.
