Greenhouse MCP is now available in open beta for Core, Plus, and Pro customers. Site Admins can securely connect approved AI tools—including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Amazon Q, and Grok—to Greenhouse Recruiting while maintaining existing permissions and admin controls.

Simplify hired candidate data retention
Customers using the Single Purpose Consent privacy experience can now automatically anonymize hired candidate data after a defined retention period. This helps organizations meet privacy and compliance requirements.

Import historical candidates more easily
The Bulk Import Tool now supports importing rejected and hired candidates, mapping applications directly to interview stages, assigning rejection reasons, and preserving application dates. These improvements make historical data migrations faster and more accurate.

Manage interview plans more easily
The Interview Plan page has been redesigned with separate View and Edit modes, making it easier to review and update interview plans. Recruiters can also move interviews between stages.
Spot recently active candidates
Talent Matching now highlights candidates who've recently engaged with MyGreenhouse using a Recently active in MyGreenhouse tag. Recruiters can quickly identify past candidates who have recently applied or interacted with MyGreenhouse. The tag isn't shown for candidates marked as hired.

Automate scorecard management with Harvest V3
Harvest V3 now supports creating, updating, and submitting interview scorecards through the API, making it easier to automate scorecard management and interview workflows at scale.
Improve Harvest API reliability
Harvest V3 now supports multiple concurrent access tokens for the same application, improving reliability for customers running multiple application servers. No action is required to benefit from this update.

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue in Talent Matching where the option to hide previously rejected candidates didn't always work correctly, allowing some rejected candidates to appear in search results.
