Compa's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows Compa's customers to access aggregated market compensation data. As part of this integration, Compa's customers provide access to their own compensation data to be included when building the aggregated market data.
Configure the Compa integration
Authenticating with the Compa integration requires your own personal link. Compa will provide you with a link during onboarding. Your link should open to a page like this:
Click Connect to Greenhouse:
Enter your Greenhouse email and complete your login to Greenhouse.
Select the Authorize using a service account checkbox and click Authorize.
The Compa integration does not create or edit any objects within Greenhouse. Compa uses Greenhouse to pull offers data as an automated, scheduled task.

Note: All fetched Greenhouse objects undergo PII sanitization prior to being saved as internal data models.
Use the Compa integration
Note: The integration doesn't become immediately available once the above steps have been completed. Compa's onboarding team must configure your integration first. Once they confirm that your integration is complete, you'll find your Offers structured in Compa under Offers.
Following onboarding, Compa will trigger the integration on a weekly basis to capture any new data in the platform. The weekly pull typically runs on the weekend.
This data will be ingested within Compa's market data and may show up in various other places in Compa like Benchmarks and Agents.
The integration does not impact anything in your Greenhouse instance.
