User-specific permissions are extra permissions granted to a user in addition to those included in that user's permission level (Basic, Job Admin, Site Admin). Site Admin User-Specific Permissions
Users who are assigned the Site Admin permission level can optionally be signed the following user-specific permissions:
Can edit another's users advanced permissions | This permission allows the user to configure the user-specific permissions for other users in the organization. |
Can create and override default approval flows | If your organization has any approval flows configured, this permission allows the user to create and circumvent any of those processes. This permissions should be granted judiciously. |
Can see EEOC and demographic reports | When granted, this permission allows the user to see the EEOC and demographic reports for jobs within the organization. |
Can create and view private candidates | This permissions allows the user to create and view private candidates on all open non-confidential jobs. When granted, the user will have additional functionality when adding a candidate. |
Can bulk edit jobs | Users with this specific permission enabled can perform a single action to edit multiple jobs at the same time. For more information, please click here. |
Can see private notes, salary info, manage offers, and approve jobs/offers | This permission allows the user a wide range of permissions related to sensitive information like private notes, salary, offers, and approvals. |
Can manage unattached prospects - add prospects to jobs, convert prospects to candidates, see private tab for prospects | A prospect is considered unattached if they have been added into the system without being assigned a job, department or office. This permission allows the user to add that prospect to jobs or convert them into candidates. Click here to learn more. |
