How your company interacts with internal candidates can differ drastically from how you interact with external candidates. Because internal candidates are existing employees at your company, the interview questions asked, the type of information required, the job post, and other expectations might not necessarily overlap between both sets of candidates.

Greenhouse Recruiting allows your organization to manage your internal job posts and external job posts separately. This will let you configure an internal job post, including the job post name, location, language, description, and application questions, to be completely distinct from the external job post on the job.

If the job post step is enabled for job setup flow, you'll be prompted to configure a job post when creating a new job in Greenhouse Recruiting.
