Greenhouse Recruiting
- Following a candidate allows you to stay on top of their latest developments and easily navigate to their profiles directly from your Dashboard. We recently updated the icon to follow a candidate from the eye of Sauron to a less malevolent Follow/Unfollow toggle.

- If your organization has auto-merge enabled, prospects added through Bulk Import are now automatically merged with duplicate profiles in your account.
- After import, the prospect names from the CSV will change to the names of the candidates with whom they are merged. You will see both the prospect's prospect application and the candidate's job application(s) listed under the import tag.
- If your organization has auto-merge enabled, prospects added through the Events App are now automatically merged with duplicate profiles.
- Prospects created through the Events iOS app with the same email address as an existing candidate will have their prospect application appended to their existing candidate profile
API
- When triggering a candidate hired web hook for a candidate who is a referral and has a Credited to value, the
Credited_toobject in the web hook payload now includes anemployee_id
Greenhouse Onboarding
We are very excited to announce the arrival of our new Welcome Experience feature for Greenhouse Onboarding customers! Our new Welcome Experience provides you with powerful and easy-to-use authoring tools to customize every page that your new hires will see during their onboarding.
All existing Greenhouse Onboarding customers will need to manually update their Welcome Experience to enjoy these new features. Once updated, your organization's former Welcome Experience will be removed. This action cannot be undone.
