Design Studio

Organizations can now update their job boards’ look and feel—colors, fonts, layout, and more—without needing design or engineering support. Use the live preview to see changes as you make them, and apply updates to one or multiple boards at once to stay consistent across locations or brands. This gives you more control over branding, with less back-and-forth.

Design Studio is available to all customers for external job boards; internal board customization is available on Advanced and Expert tiers.

Try Design Studio under Configure > Job Boards & Posts > Design Studio.

Use AI to quickly find the right filters in Report Builder

If you're on the Advanced or Expert tier, you can now type a prompt in the filters section of Report Builder and let AI suggest the filters you need so you can get the data you're looking for faster.

Personalize campaign emails with AI

You can now use a new token in Greenhouse Sourcing Automation campaign emails to automatically generate a personalized sentence based on each candidate’s resume. This helps you add context and relevance at scale, without writing each message from scratch, so your outreach feels more thoughtful and tailored from the first touchpoint.

Assign recruiters and coordinators for applications

Organizations can now assign a recruiter and coordinator to each individual application, rather than being limited to one assignment per job.

This gives teams more flexibility to reflect how work is divided, especially when candidates apply to multiple roles.

We've also updated the Visual Pipeline so you can filter by application-level recruiter or coordinator, making it easier to track ownership and progress across busy jobs.

Interviewer limits

You can now set daily and weekly interview limits to help prevent burnout and balance interview load across your team. These limits make it easier to avoid over-scheduling and support a smoother, more sustainable interview experience for everyone involved.

Interview limits can be set individually on the Edit User page or for multiple users at once using a bulk action.

Scheduled Take Home Tests

You can now schedule Take Home Tests to be sent at a specific time, giving you more control over timing and coordination. Whether you're using built-in tests or a partner integration, the in-app experience mirrors how you schedule emails, so it’s easy to set up and ensures candidates receive tests at the right moment.

Improved interviewer search

We’ve overhauled the "select interviewer by tag" window to make it easier to find the right people during scheduling.

The new search experience is more intuitive and now includes department, office, job title, and custom user fields filters. Whether you're scheduling for a specific team or across locations, this update helps you move faster with more precision.

Hide department name on Greenhouse-hosted job boards

If department names aren’t helpful to candidates or don’t reflect how you group roles, you can now hide them from job listings on Greenhouse-hosted boards without custom CSS. Organizations can now stop these department names from displaying under Job Board Settings.
