Goals elevate your role as hiring manager by allowing you to set measurable and attainable growth-related objectives for your new hires.

Unlike tasks, which commonly focus on administrative actions at the organization or department level (for example, completing a W-4 form), goals provide clear onboarding objectives specific to the employee's role. This creates stronger alignment between you and your new hires by defining what success looks like in the critical 30-day period.

Create onboarding goals

To begin, select an employee from the My New Hires section on your homepage.

Status change notifications are unavailable at this time. You can view the goal status of each new hire from their employee profile.

Where can I view my team's progress?
