User-specific permissions are extra permissions granted to a user in addition to those included in that user's permission level (Basic, Job Admin, Site Admin).

Greenhouse CRM user-specific permissions
Users who are assigned the Job Admin permission level or higher can be assigned the following optional CRM user-specific permissions:
Permission | Description |
Can manage CRM | When granted, allows a user to configure pools/stages, prospect posts, as well as manage prospects by adding touchpoints, assigning pools/stages reminders, and setting prospect owners. |
Can create and manage recruiting events |
When granted, allows a user to purchase, create, and edit Events where they're an admin. |
Can manage unattached prospects |
When granted, allows a user to add prospects to jobs, convert prospects to candidates, and see the private tab for prospects. |
Assign Greenhouse CRM user-specific permissions
Note: In order to assign a user-specific permission, you must be a Site Admin with the additional user-specific permission Can edit another user's advanced permissions.
To add user-specific CRM permissions to a Greenhouse Recruiting user, click the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner and navigate to Users on the left-hand panel.
Click the name of the user for whom you wish to assign CRM user-specific permissions.
From the Edit User page, find the Permissions panel.
Under the User-Specific Permissions section, find Other Actions and click the checkbox next to the CRM user-specific permission to be added to the user.
Click Save when finished.
