Streamline scheduling with interviewer groups and interviewer suggestions

Organizations can now automatically schedule the right interviewers at the right times—without manually searching calendars or guessing who’s available. 

Suggested interviewers combines interviewer groups, which define who is qualified to conduct specific types of interviews, with scheduling suggestions that identify the best available times based on interviewer calendars, candidate availability, and working hours, and interviewer training status. 

This change means recruiters and coordinators can quickly choose from optimized interviewer + time pairings, while ensuring interviews are run by properly trained, eligible team members.

Build custom dashboards from essential dashboards

Organizations can now use any classic dashboard as a starting point for a custom dashboard. Add, move, or remove widgets to make it their own, without starting from a blank page.

This makes it faster and easier for organizations to create dashboards tailored to their needs, while still supporting building from scratch if preferred.

International hiring with ADP for all organizations

Greenhouse Recruiting users can now hire candidates in multiple countries through the Greenhouse Recruiting ADP connector, a capability previously limited to Greenhouse Onboarding users. This update streamlines global hiring and helps ensure compliance across international recruitment efforts.

To support this integration, a new Country field automatically surfaces the right ADP international templates, making it easy to use the correct documents for each location.

Enhancements to HireRight field mappings

The HireRight integration now supports additional data mapping options to streamline background check submissions.

Organizations can map the candidate’s middle name and other custom fields directly in the HireRight Field Mappings page. These enhancements help ensure the right information is automatically included in background check requests.

In addition, the integration now supports two new HireRight products: CV Analysis and CV Analysis Plus. This update makes it easier to use additional HireRight screening services directly from Greenhouse.

Business Intelligence Connector

A new update to the Business Intelligence Connector was released on July 14, 2025. This change will add Greenhouse Sourcing Automation tables to the data sync.

Greenhouse Onboarding

Create dependent tasks in GHO

Tasks can now be set up to run in sequence to one another, so one task can automatically start when another task is completed. This change removes manual steps and makes it easier for organizations to manage complex onboarding workflows.

New location for the ADP integration

The Add to ADP button has been moved to the Integrations tab on new hire profiles (the same location as other integrations like BambooHR and Namely).

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where scheduling links were not being included when the calendar was not the user's default personal calendar.
  • Fixed an issue where custom job fields were not showing up in approvals.
  • Fixed an issue where the page was not loading when a user tried to reorder stages in the Face to Face milestone.
  • Fixed an issue where LinkedIn Apply Connect was stuck in a Pending status after a job was closed.
  • Fixed an issue where users encountered an error when trying to use the DocuSign integration.
  • Fixed loading issue on scorecards.
  • Fixed an issue where bulleted lists were not displaying correctly in scorecards.
