Customizable dashboards is currently in open beta.
New features and functionality will be added or changed during the open beta period.
Create and customize reporting dashboards to include the most important metrics for you and your business. You can add multiple reports to your dashboards, including essential and custom reports, and move and resize them as you see fit.
Use custom dashboards
To create a custom dashboard, click Reports on your navigation bar.
Click Create > Custom Dashboard.
From here, choose Add widget.
Choose any widget from the window, click Next.
Then adjust any of the details on the widget, including name and filters. Then choose Add widget.
Now that the widget is added to your dashboard, you can hover over the bottom right side to resize it. You can also hover at the top of a widget to grab it and move it around.
Repeat this process to add more widgets and resize them as you like.
What is a widget?
Dashboard widgets are small cards added to a dashboard that show a glimpse into a full report. Each widget has a graph or visualization from the report, and you can click the widget's name to open the full report. You can choose from our pre-made widgets or create your own by picking the data, setting the filters, and deciding how the data should be shown.
How can I share my new custom dashboard?
Today, you can share dashboard graphs or information by exporting a single visualization or the whole dashboard as a PNG image. This PNG can be copied into emails, presentations, or documents outside of Greenhouse. You can start a PNG export from the top right of the dashboard or each widget.
We hope to add more sharing options in the future.
How can I find custom dashboards I've made?
All your custom dashboards are in the Saved tab within reporting. There, you may also delete a custom dashboard if you no longer require it.
