Greenhouse Recruiting
- Beta: Greenhouse Recruiting is excited to announce a beta version of custom opening fields for select customers. Be on the look out for upcoming announcements regarding this feature. Click here to learn more.
- Under GDPR, if your organization would like to extend the length of time it retains a candidate's and/or prospect's data, you will need to explicitly request this extension. In order to help your organization comply with GDPR, we are excited to release a new GDPR feature: Consent Extension Email. This feature allows your organization to configure an email that is automatically sent to candidates and/or prospects before their data retention period expires to ask for consent. - A new Manage Openings dialog box now allows users with the appropriate permissions to add, edit, duplicate, close, open, and re-open openings for a job in a more streamlined fashion.
- We recently released the new offer template token {{INTERNAL_JOB_NAME}} to help your organization align a job title in your HRIS with the job name on an offer.
- In our continued efforts to support structured and inclusive hiring practices, we are in the process of removing candidate gravatars from pages in Greenhouse Recruiting. Recently, we removed gravatars from the following areas:
- Bulk Merge dialog box
- Linked Candidates list on the Edit User page
- Candidate profile page
- People I'm Following panel on the My Dashboard page
- We have improved our essential reports load times by setting the default Date Range to Current Year. This update impacts reports whose original Date Range was All Time.
