Greenhouse Onboarding's Administrative Access tier contains two essential roles that are necessary to manage the administration of your organization's onboarding program. Please follow the links below to learn more about how to configure the permissions for these individual roles.
Note: The Administrative Access tier only contains the roles Owners and Coordinators. The ability to add an alternative role into this access tier is unavailable.
Unlike the Default Access (Employee Access) tier, which is automatically assigned to every employee in your organization, roles in the Administrative Access tier must be manually assigned to users.
To configure permissions for either role in the Administrative Access tier, click Settings from your navigation bar and select Permissions from the left-hand panel.
From the Permissions page, navigate to the Administrative Access panel and select either Owner or Coordinator. The Administrative Access panel provides a general description of how each role can be configured and the total number of users currently assigned the role in your Greenhouse Onboarding account.
