Starting a new search doesn't always mean starting from scratch. With Talent Rediscovery, you can search your existing Greenhouse talent database using an intuitive search experience for candidates or prospects.

AI-powered sentiment analysis in Greenhouse Sourcing Automation

Use AI to quickly categorize incoming prospect responses and automatically mark them as interested when they respond favorably to your outreach. Sentiment analysis allows you to streamline your workflow by only focusing on the prospects who may want to move forward. 

Tip: Pair sentiment analysis with stage transition rules to help quickly move interested prospects through the pipeline.

Interview availability

Interview availability helps make scheduling easier by giving teams a way to mark certain recurring events on their calendars as Available to let others know these time slots are open for scheduling.

Each user can set their interview availability under Account Settings. (Your initials > Account Settings)

Candidate preferred first name

Candidates can now share their preferred first name during the application process to make your hiring experience more inclusive and ensure your team is using the right name from the start.

Dark mode for job boards

The new job board customization options now allow you to select a secondary color and background color to better visualize components and dropdowns on a "dark mode" type job board to match your external career sites. Read more about job board customization.

Note: The new job board customization options are available for job board options 1 - 4. 

In-app billing page

Customers can now access key billing information - like their assigned Greenhouse Account team and billing invoice details - directly in-app under the Configure page.

To get full access to this page, you must be a Site Admin with the new permission 'can view and edit information on the billing page.'

Other changes

In addition to the releases outlined above, we've also released the following updates for Greenhouse:

  • Organizations can now delete a Job Admin level without choosing a replacement, allowing you to clean up old levels without cluttering a user's permissions.
  • Multiple locations can now be selected when creating a job post.
  • Error and notification messages in bulk email updates were tweaked so that they're more accurate and helpful.
  • Added prompt for users to add an Opening ID when reopening a job and your organization has Opening ID set as a required field under your organizational settings.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where a message about sending email tokens to multiple users was displaying only when a single user was added in the 'To' field.
  • Fixed an issue where @mentioning a user in the Notes section on the new candidate profile caused issues when trying to paste in text.
  • Fixed an issue where Agency users encountered an error logging into the agency portal if the organization used SSO.
