Reevolt's Hire Power is a plugin that works alongside Greenhouse Recruiting to auto-generate unbiased job descriptions using the latest technology in generative AI.
This integration uses the job title and a brief description of the job to generate a full unbiased job description ready to edit or publish. Since Reevolt has a growing candidate pool, all jobs created via the integration will be published automatically to Reevolt once they're published in Greenhouse Recruiting. Your applicants will be directed to Greenhouse Recruiting to apply for the jobs.
Set up the integration
Enable on Reevolt
Note: To set up this integration, you need a Reevolt account, and you need to be a Site Admin on Greenhouse Recruiting. The setup process is one-time per organization.
First, log in to Reevolt and click ATS Connectors. Click Greenhouse. Follow the instructions provided to complete the setup.
Create a custom job field
Next, log in to Greenhouse Recruiting to create a custom job field. Follow the instructions in this article to create a custom job field, and use the values below when configuring it:
- Name: Use the name created in Reevolt during setup
- Type: Yes / no
Create an ISU
Next, create an integration system user (ISU) in Greenhouse Recruiting. An ISU is a user account created specifically for running an integration. Follow the instructions in this article to create a new ISU, and use the values below when configuring the account:
- Name: Reevolt integration

[company_domain]@reevolt.co - Permissions: Site Admin
Note: The [company_domain] is provided by Reevolt when you sign up for their platform.
Create a Harvest API key
Next, create a Harvest API key in Greenhouse Recruiting. Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the permissions below are selected.
In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Harvest
- Partner: Reevolt or Unlisted Vendor
- Description: Reevolt Harvest API Key
Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Reevolt integration:
Applications
- GET: List applications
Jobs
- GET: List jobs
- GET: Retrieve job
Job posts
- All permissions
Users
- GET: List users
Paste your API key into the set up step on Reevolt.
Create a webhook
Next, create 3 webhooks. Follow the steps in this article to create your webhooks. Use the values listed below to configure the webhooks:

When finished, the integration is set up and ready to use.
Use the integration
For new and existing jobs, find the new custom job field on Job Setup > Job Info that says Create using Reevolt. Select Yes to publish the job on Reevolt.
For a more accurate and concise job description, enter at least one brief requirement that would be part of the job description.
The integration will use this information along with the job title to auto-generate an unbiased job description.
