You can create profiles in Greenhouse Onboarding and Greenhouse Welcome for your organization's existing employees. For example, you'll want to add existing employees if they're assigned to be a new hire's Manager or if they need Owner or Coordinator access to configure aspects of your organization's onboarding setup.
Add a user
To create a new profile for an existing employee, click Add a New Hire on your Home page.
On the Create Profile page, add your employee's relevant information and fill out all required fields.
When you're done filling out your employee's profile fields, scroll to the bottom of the page. Check the box for Skip Onboarding Plan, then click Create Profile.
The new user will be added to Greenhouse Onboarding but won't be assigned any feedback, tasks, or e-signatures. You can now assign this user as a new hire's Manager or grant them Coordinator or Owner access to your organization's account.
Use the Search bar on your home page to find and open your new user's profile.
