A job's external job post contains information about the job and application questions that will capture structured data on applying candidates. External job posts are hosted on an external job board.
Note: For organizations with Advanced or Pro subscription tiers, a job's external job post can be duplicated and hosted on multiple external job boards.
To edit the job post for an existing external job post, click the Jobs tab from your navigation bar and select a job from the list.
Click Job Setup and navigate to Job Posts from the left-hand panel.
From the Job Posts page, click the Edit icon beside the job post to be edited.
From the Edit your Job Post page, you can edit the following:
- Job name that will be displayed on your post
- Location or locations that will be displayed on the job post
- Searchable locations that help your post surface in location-based search results on third-party job boards
- Work type (In person, hybrid or remote)
- Pay transparency fields
- Description box including the image and video
- Basic application information (personal information and education)
- Custom application question
- Settings
- Free job boards
If the job is shared with a third-party job board, use Searchable locations for the structured geographic locations sent to those boards. You can add up to seven searchable locations per job post. For remote roles, searchable locations can be added at the city or country level.
When finished, click Preview to see a mock-up of your edits.
Click Save to save your edits.
