Internal job posts are hosted on your internal job board in Greenhouse Recruiting. Use these posts to capture structured data on candidates applying from within your organization. You can edit your internal job posts at any time.
Note: Greenhouse Recruiting allows your organization to manage internal job posts and external job posts separately.
Edit an internal job post
Click the Jobs tab and select an internal job from the list.
Click Job Setup and select Job Posts in the left panel.
Click the Edit icon 
next to the internal job post you'd like to edit.
You can edit the following fields on the Edit Your Job Post page:
- Job name, job post location, job location, and application language
- Pay transparency fields
- Description box, including images and videos
- Basic application information (personal information and education)
- Custom application questions
- Settings
- Free job boards
Click Preview to preview your changes. You can make any additional edits to your internal job post as needed before saving.
Click Save when you're ready to save your edits.
