Measure, iterate, and improve every part of your hiring process

Individual goals are crucial to hiring efficiency as they drive accountability and promote a vision to attain for individual contributors.

You can set individual goals to track your progress across objectives like the number of candidates added, the number of candidates hired and more.

Note: Individual goals can only be set and viewed by individual users with Job Admin or Site Admin permissions.

Goals work best when your hiring team responsibilities are set. For instance, the candidates hired goal is dependent on being the recruiter on the job's hiring team.

Candidates added goal

Use the candidates added goal to set a target for the number of candidates you'd like to add in Greenhouse Recruiting.

To create a candidates added goal, go to the My Dashboard page and click Create goal in the My goals tile.

Choose Candidates added for Activity.

Set a frequency for the goal. You can set goals for daily, weekly, or monthly attainment.

Set a target value for the number of candidates you'd like to add.

When finished, click Create goal.

Your goal will now appear on your My Dashboard page in the My Goals section. Your goal will update in real-time as you add candidates so you can track your progress.

Note: Credit for the candidates added goal is based on who is selected in the Who Gets Credit field when a candidate is added.

Prospects added goal

Use the prospects added goal to set a target for the number of prospects you'd like to add in Greenhouse Recruiting.

To create a prospects added goal, go to the My Dashboard page and click Create goal in the My goals tile.

Choose Prospects added for Activity.

Set a frequency for the goal. You can set goals for daily, weekly, or monthly attainment.

Set a target value for the number of prospects you'd like to add.

When finished, click Create goal.

Your goal will now appear on your My Dashboard page in the My Goals section. Your goal will update in real-time as you add prospects so you can track your progress.

Candidates referred goal

Use the candidates referred goal to set a target for the number of candidates you refer in Greenhouse Recruiting.

To create a candidates referred goal, go to the My Dashboard page and click Create goal in the My goals tile.

Set a frequency for the goal. You can set goals for daily, weekly, or monthly attainment.

Set a target value for the number of candidates you'd like to refer.

When finished, click Create goal.

Candidates hired goal

Use the candidates hired goal to set a target for the number of candidates you hire in Greenhouse Recruiting.

Note: Credit for candidate hires goes to the person who is the recruiter on the job. When multiple recruiters are present, credit accrues to the person marked as the recruiter responsible for recruiting tasks on the job's hiring team. Goals work best when your hiring team responsibilities are set.

To create a candidates hired goal, go to the My Dashboard page and click Create goal in the My goals tile.

Set a target value for the number of candidates you'd like to hire.
