Greenhouse Recruiting
Customizable scheduling windows
Recruiters and coordinators can now control how far into the future candidates can submit availability or book interviews. When creating a self-scheduling link, scheduling link, or availability request, set a rolling window (for example, 14 days from when the candidate opens the link) or a fixed date range with a hard end date. Candidates will only see available times within the configured window.

Interview instructions
Site Admins and Job Admins can now add freeform instructions to interview kits in addition to scored questions. Instructions appear on the scorecard during the interview but don't require a response, giving interviewers context or guidance without affecting scoring. Instructions support rich text formatting, including bold, italics, and lists.

"Can download report data" permission
Site admins can now control which users can download reports from Greenhouse. The new Can download report data permission works alongside the existing Can download candidate data and Can export reports permissions to limit how candidate PII moves outside the system.

Cancel interviews from the candidate profile
A new Cancel interview button now appears directly on the candidate profile for any upcoming interview. This removes the need to enter the reschedule flow just to cancel. The action has also been renamed from "Delete Interview" to "Cancel Interview" throughout, to better match how teams talk about this step.
Email two-step verification
Greenhouse now requires two-step verification for users logging in with a username and password. Users will receive a verification code to their primary email each time they log in. Users authenticated via SSO are not affected.
Candidate hired notification
When a candidate is marked as hired, Greenhouse can now automatically notify your team. Configure recipients at the job or user level, with recipient options including hiring managers, recruiters, coordinators, named Greenhouse users, and internal email addresses.

Past candidates in Talent Matching
Talent Matching now includes a Past candidates tab, giving recruiters a faster way to search and act on their existing candidate database without switching surfaces. Smart pre-set filters make it easy to find relevant candidates, and recruiters can add them directly to open jobs — where they'll receive a match score in the Application Review tab. From the tab, recruiters can also add candidates as prospects, send emails, apply tags, and take bulk actions.

Other changes
- The legacy headline field has been removed from candidate profiles. This field has been read-only since the profile redesign and is replaced by enhanced notes.
- Webhook log date and time filtering now uses a single combined picker instead of four separate fields, with second-level timestamp precision and validation to prevent invalid date ranges. Read more about troubleshooting webhook logs.
Greenhouse Analytics
Greenhouse Analytics is now in open beta. This release includes calculated fields, global dashboard filters, an AI chart builder, and expanded data coverage including approvals and scorecards.
Customers who joined the waitlist between June 2025 and May 2026 have been automatically opted in. If you don't have access yet, contact your account team.

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where dropdown menus scrolled unexpectedly when moving the cursor over options with long labels.
- Fixed an issue where an interview kit did not load after a focus attribute was removed.
- Fixed an issue where Application Review did not load for some jobs when candidate feedback was missing date information.
- Fixed an issue where duplicate interview invites were sent for past interviews.
- Fixed an issue where some LinkedIn Apply Connect job posts remained live after they were taken offline in Greenhouse.
- Fixed an issue where HRIS Link job updates did not sync after a sandbox refresh.
