Candidate profile: right panel improvements
We've updated the candidate profile's right panel to make common actions quicker and more intuitive:
- Buttons now include text labels, so each action is easier to identify without memorizing icons.
- A dedicated close button makes it easier to collapse the panel when more screen space is needed.
- Uploaded documents now display their file names, so reviewers can quickly identify the right file when multiple documents of the same type are on file.
Duplicate candidate tag improvements
The Duplicate tag is now a more reliable signal for recruiting teams. Historically, the Duplicate tag displayed whenever the candidate shared the same email or name as another record in your system, leading to many false positives if the candidate had a common name.
Now, candidates will only be flagged as duplicate when they share the same email address, phone number, or LinkedIn profile URL, reducing noise and making the tag more useful for identifying profiles that need review.
In addition to these changes, the tag's color and wording have been standardized across the candidate profile, Talent Matching, and Application Review for a more consistent experience.
Multi-calendar view in suggested interview times
Recruiters can now view multiple interviewer calendars at once when suggesting times for candidates. Instead of switching between calendars or leaving Greenhouse, they can see combined availability in a single view, making it faster and easier to find suitable time slots. This reduces scheduling back-and-forth, lowers the risk of conflicts, and helps teams move more quickly and confidently through interview coordination.
Hire Link for Workday®
Greenhouse now offers an out-of-the-box integration with Workday® that automatically exports new hire data to Workday® to create pre-hire profiles and initiate the onboarding process.
Previously, recruiting teams had to manually transfer candidate data or invest in costly custom integration work to bridge the gap between hiring and onboarding. Hire Link for Workday® eliminates that gap for new hires, rehires, and internal transfers — bringing the full candidate-to-new-hire lifecycle into one connected experience.

MyGreenhouse Stages
Customers can now use MyGreenhouse Stages to map internal hiring stages to clear, candidate-friendly labels that job seekers can see directly in MyGreenhouse. Teams can group multiple internal stages into a single stage, add optional descriptions, apply mappings by department, preview the experience before publishing, and keep stage updates synced automatically as candidates move through the process. This gives organizations a simple way to make the hiring process feel more transparent, reduce uncertainty for job seekers, and cut down on status update follow-ups.
Harvest v3 API usage
You can now monitor Harvest v3 API activity directly in Greenhouse. View total request volume and success rates for the month, a daily breakdown of HTTP response codes to help identify error spikes, and a per-credential view showing which integrations are most active and how they're performing. All data is filterable by month, making it easier to compare activity over time and catch issues before they become incidents.

Stage transitions when an application is created
Stage transition automations now run for candidates when their application is created, not just when they’re moved between stages. This ensures that configured actions—like sending forms or emails—aren’t missed for candidates entering Application Review or other stages.

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where users could not assign Job Admin levels to other users, even if they had the correct permissions.
- Fixed an issue where interview attachments were not included in interview confirmations when the candidate had self-scheduled the interview.
- Fixed an issue where notifications could be sent to deactivated users if they were set as a hiring manager.
- Fixed an issue where some tokens in the UI were showing as lowercase, leading to issues if they were copy-and-pasted into templates.
