Introducing MyGreenhouse Jobs

We’ve launched MyGreenhouse Jobs, a centralized job search experience that helps candidates discover open roles from across Greenhouse-hosted job boards in one location. Job seekers can browse opportunities, apply through your existing job board, and manage their applications within the MyGreenhouse portal.

For your team, this means greater visibility for your open roles, more engaged applicants, and a stronger employer brand.

To activate MyGreenhouse Jobs, go to Configure > Candidate portal and select “Turn on for all job boards.”

Improved job notes with AI summary

We’ve revamped Job Notes to make it easier for hiring teams to share updates, keep track of feedback, and stay aligned. Notes now live in a dedicated tab under each job, organized in a feed that supports filtering, private notes, and AI-powered summaries, meaning faster insights and cleaner collaboration during your hiring process.

Updates to scheduling links

We’ve expanded scheduling links to give hiring teams more visibility and flexibility. Users can now insert links into emails sent from the candidate profile, collect phone numbers when scheduling meetings, and see real-time updates in the candidate profile activity feed when a meeting is booked or changed using your link. 

Improved interview question formatting

This month, we made it easier to create clear, organized interview questions! Users can now use rich text formatting—including bolding, italics, bullets, and numbered lists—to highlight key information and improve readability for interviewers.

Single sign-on for Microsoft SCIM

Organizations can now use SCIM to automatically sync users and their information from Microsoft Entra ID to Greenhouse. This helps your team save time, reduce manual updates, and ensure user access stays accurate as roles change.

Application custom fields now available to all customers

Application custom fields, previously limited to Advanced and Expert subscription tiers, are now accessible to all customers. These fields allow teams to collect and organize structured data from candidates during the application process.

Update tax information directly in Greenhouse

Site Admins can manage tax information from the in-app billing page without contacting support, making it easier to keep billing details accurate and up to date.

Harvest v3 release

Harvest API v3 has reached full feature parity with v2 and is now available for all customers. While v3 is fully released, ongoing performance improvements and enhancements are underway. Visit harvestdocs.greenhouse.io to explore the updated documentation.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where some customers were seeing a "required" message on the free job board section when editing job posts.
  • Fixed an issue where some customers encountered an error when trying to send documents through DocuSign.
  • Fixed an issue where configured filters weren't saving on candidate reports.
  • Fixed an issue where users couldn't update a start date on offers in the candidate profile.
  • Fixed an issue where repeatedly clicking on the Save button for offers resulted in duplicate records.
