Greenhouse Recruiting’s integration with Atlantic Employee Screenings allows your organization to easily screen applicants and receive accurate, compliant reports with little to no data entry.
Create a webhook
To integrate Atlantic Employee Screening with Greenhouse Recruiting, you'll need to create a webhook. Follow the steps in this article to create your webhook. Use the values listed below to configure the webhooks.
- Name: A descriptive name for your integration. Most customers choose 'Atlantic Employee Screening integration'
- When: Candidate has changed stage
- Endpoint URL: The Endpoint URL provided by Atlantic Employee Screening
- Secret Key: The Secret Key provided by Atlantic Employee Screening
Create a Harvest API key for the Atlantic Employee Screening integration
To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / Atlantic Employee Screening integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the Atlantic Employee Screening integration.

- Partner: Atlantic Employee Screening
- Description: Atlantic Employee Screening Harvest API key

Enable the Greenhouse Recruiting / Atlantic Employee Screening integration
To enable the integration, follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your Atlantic Employee Screening representative and set up the assessment stage in your interview plans.
Once you've set up your interview plans and configured your take-home test, you'll be able to send the test to candidates.
Use the Atlantic Employee Screening integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the Greenhouse Recruiting / Atlantic Employee Screening integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the Atlantic Employee Screening assessment as an interview stage.
Moving the applicant’s stage into Background Check will prompt an e-mail to be sent to the applicant in order to have them fill out personal information via the QuickApp.
This will also be where they give authorization for the background check. Alternatively, you can enter the information yourself if you prefer paper authorization forms. You will receive an e-mail once the order has been sent to our system, as well as when it is completed.
The link will bring you to Atlantic Employee Screening Gateway 2.0, where you will be prompted to log in with the credentials given by our Atlantic team. Once you log in, you will arrive at the completed report with compliant, accurate results.
