Delete a rejection reason without reassigning a new one

By default, rejection reasons are required. If you want to delete a rejection reason without reassigning a new one to affected candidates, you'll need to update your organization's permission policies by following the steps in Rejection reason requirement.

After you've removed the rejection reason requirement, you'll see the option to permanently delete the rejection reason without re-assigning a new one.
