For your convenience, Greenhouse Recruiting creates certain default fields for your jobs, candidates, and offers, with the additional option to create custom fields in these categories.
Job fields
By default, Greenhouse Recruiting creates the following job fields:
- Internal Job Name
- External Job Name (as seen on job board)
- Department
- Office
- Requisition ID (Req ID)
- Employment Type
- Opening IDs
- Number of Openings
- Team Responsibilities

Candidate fields
By default, Greenhouse creates the following candidate fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Current Company
- Current Title
- Timezone
- Candidate Tags
- Phone number
- Email address
- Social media links
- Websites
- Address

Offer fields
By default, Greenhouse creates the following offer fields:
- Start Date
- Employment Type
Using custom offer fields, you can further customize this default form to include other information you'd like to include, such as the relocation amount.
