Working hours

Earlier this month, we released working hours - a way for your team to specify the times they're available for interviews to streamline scheduling across your organization. Users can set their working hours under their account (Initials in the top right corner > Working hours)

Candidate responses to interviews

Integrated calendars are a great way to see your team's availability when scheduling an interview, but until now, haven't shown the candidate's response to an event to the recruiter, and often meant that recruiters needed to resend the invite to the candidate to stay up-to-date on the response.

Earlier this month, we updated these calendar invites to be able to include the candidate's response on the shared invitation sent from Greenhouse so that the candidate's response is included on the invite.

This feature can be enabled under your organization settings (Configure > Permissions) and is available to all tiers.

'All interviews' table updates

In the past month, we've made the following updates to the "all interviews" table:

  • Interviews can now be sorted by the candidate's name or interview date
  • Interview times and time zones are now included in the table
  • Self-schedule requests on the table will now include whether or not the request has been sent to a candidate
  • Interviews are now multi-select
  • Selected interviews now open in a new tab by default
  • Added new interview statuses

Turn off required fields on template jobs

Added a new setting that allows users to skip required fields when completing template jobs. This setting allows your organization to enforce required fields on standalone jobs, but gives your team flexibility to skip unrelated fields (like job ID number flow) when working on template jobs.

This new permission can be found under Configure > Permissions > General settings > Jobs.

Branded candidate pages and job board customizations

This month, we've made two important updates to the new job board customization features:

  • Upload buttons can now be styled
  • Styling on the job boards now also applies to the candidate self-schedule page and the candidate availability page.

Candidate profile enhancements

Job details in the right panel

The All jobs and applications section in the right panel now displays job information for the candidate's other applications, including their application date, rejection reason, and other important details.

Updated list of included documents

Added the ability to view all of a candidate's attachments and documents for each job listed in the All jobs and applications section.

Updated HRIS Link for ADP Workforce Now integration

We've improved the integration with clearer setup steps, including an in-app link for ADP and the ability to set an email address for sync notifications.
