Talent filtering

This month, Greenhouse released Talent Filtering, a new experience that helps you take control of application reviews by filtering down results to the most qualified candidates based on specific criteria and powered by AI. See the video below for a demo, or read more here

Scheduling job posts

You can now schedule job posts to go live and deactivate at specific times to help streamline your recruiting process. Find the scheduling fields in the Settings section of a job post. 

Note: This feature is only available if you're using the external job board UI updates released last month.

We added a new page to the application containing a high-level view of your organization's candidate interview schedule across your organization. Access this page by clicking the All Interviews button on your dashboard. Read more here

Prospect pool redesign 

We've updated the look and feel of prospect pools to make it easier to navigate and match Greenhouse Sourcing Automation. 

Enhanced prospect control

We've upgraded prospect permissions to help organizations control prospect and prospect pool visibility by assigning users to a job, department or office to individual pools, and by choosing a default organization-wide pool for other incoming prospects. Read more here.

A hub for how-to walkthroughs, announcements, and support content, enhanced and now available in-app by clicking the question mark icon. 

Candidate profile updates

As part of our continuing rollout of the new candidate profile, we've made the following updates in the new experience:

  • Updated the candidate profile header to provide more space for interaction on both panels, improve scrolling on smaller screens, and make it easier to access additional information

  • Swapped the order of the buttons for rejecting a candidate, placing the 'Reject and send email' option on the right.

  • Added candidate RSVP status to display next to the interview.
  • Added a text confirmation prompt to make it harder to accidentally delete candidates

As part of this month's release notes, we've also moved updates regarding candidate profile bugs into our official bug fixes section below. 

Other changes

  • To support the token released last month to include a user's job title interview titles, users can now add their job title to their account, and job titles are included in user export so organizations can audit the titles currently applied to their organization.
  • Updated the order of essential reports in the sidebar to support some upcoming changes we have planned in reporting.
  • New user invitation links will now expire after 7 days. After a link expires, a Site Admin will need to resend the invitation email for the user to set up their Greenhouse account.
  • Organizations can now customize (or hide) the header text when using the new customizable job boards.

  • Optimization: Endorsed an AI recruiting assistant that helps you discover the best applicants, hire faster, and save hours per day.
  • Video interviewing: BarRaiser Interview Intelligence is an AI-powered interview intelligence platform that helps you accelerate hiring, improve the quality of feedback, reduce bias, and provide actionable recruitment insights.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where candidate interview times weren't showing up correctly for agency recruiters on the agency portal.
  • Fixed an issue where the Recruitics integration tracking wasn't working on job boards.
  • Fixed an issue where the Recently Viewed tray wasn't actively updating with recent candidates.
  • Fixed an issue where Microsoft Teams meeting link text sometimes included the <br> HTML formatting text after a copy-and-paste.
  • Fixed an issue where clicking a state date from the date picker in the offer flow selected the day before. 
  • Fixed an issue where users encountered an error when trying to generate a referral link.
  • Fixed an issue where the pay transparency report did not include location or office details for internally posted jobs.
  • Fixed an issue where duplicate custom field values could be created via the Harvest API by sending multiple rapid requests for custom field values that didn't currently exist.
  • Fixed an issue where the job kickoff form was showing questions in custom sections in the wrong order.
  • Fixed an issue where the pop-up window was not displaying when trying to delete a job post on smaller screens.
  • Fixed an issue where if a candidate was currently in a self-schedule stage with a scheduled interview for a future date, and was moved to a different stage that also used self-scheduled interviews, the interview confirmation for the new self-schedule interview showed the time from the first self-scheduled interview.
  • Fixed an issue where scorecard reminders were still being sent after the candidate had been moved to a new stage.
  • Fixed an issue where table borders weren't being shown when previewing an interview kit.
  • Fixed an issue where referral links were not displayed if an organization had removed the ability for users to follow individual referrals.
  • We've also made the following fixes on the new candidate profile experience:
    • Fixed an issue where the date picker in the offer details section of the new candidate profile was selecting the wrong date and causing an error
    • Fixed an issue where some interview question answers were not visible on the scorecard
    • Fixed an issue where users were not receiving a copy of the rejection email when they bcc'd themselves.
