Updates to Indeed integrations
To authenticate job posts and avoid spam, Indeed integrations now require a company email address. If you use Indeed Apply, or free or sponsored job posts on Indeed, configure a company email address in Greenhouse Recruiting to authenticate the integration.
Send attachments using stage transition rules
You can now include attachments when using a stage transition rule to send an email.
Feature internal job posts
When you feature an internal job post, it’s included in a weekly email to employees and highlighted on your internal job board.
Bug fixes
- Tokens included in bulk rejection emails were not correctly validated, which allowed users to send the email even if invalid tokens were included.
- Users were unable to save an Indeed Feed company email if an extra space was included at the end.
- Network errors caused duplicate requisition IDs to be created by HRIS Link.
