After connecting a scheduling integration like Google Calendar or Outlook, your events are visible in Greenhouse Recruiting when someone schedules an interview to your calendar.

If you have an all day event scheduled, it appears in the All Day row at the top of the scheduling screen.

All day events

If you have an all day event scheduled on your calendar, it’s shown in Greenhouse Recruiting in the All Day section at the top of the scheduling panel.

In the example below, the person scheduling the interview can see that the interviewer is out of office on the selected day.

All day event doesn't appear in Greenhouse Recruiting

If your all day event doesn't appear in Greenhouse Recruiting, check your calendar and ensure the event is marked as Busy and not Free.

If the calendar event is marked as Free, the scheduling integration assumes that time is available for scheduling and won’t show it during the scheduling process.
