Give special attention to specific job posts by marking them as featured.

Featured posts are included in a weekly email notification sent to all employees and flagged with a green chip on your internal job board tile. By featuring a job post, you can help all employees see the job, even if they don’t regularly log in to Greenhouse Recruiting.

Feature a job post

You can feature a maximum of three job posts at a time. Featured job posts stay featured until you unfeature them or the job is closed.

To choose a job post to feature, navigate to Configure > Job Boards & Posts and open your internal job board.

In the Job Posts section, find the job post you want to feature. Click the three dots to the right of the post, then click Feature post.
