With stage transition rules, you can automatically send a form to candidates once they reach a specified stage. This article contains solutions to questions that may arise when sending forms using a stage transition rule.
The Send Form option doesn't appear when configuring a stage transition rule
You must first create a form for the stage in order for the Send Form option to appear when creating a stage transition rule. If a form has not been created for a stage, the Send Form option will not be available in the Action dropdown when creating a stage transition rule.
In this example from the Form Settings page, the form is configured for the Face to Face stage.
I updated the email text sent with my form, but the old text is still being sent
To edit the body of the email that is sent when a stage transition rule sends a form, you must make the edits to the stage transition rule (rather than to the Edit a Form page). Any changes made to the Edit a Form page are not automatically updated in the stage transition rule and will not appear in the email that is sent when a stage transition rule is triggered.
If you edit a form associated with a stage transition rule, a notification alerts you that the edits will not be reflected in the rule.
