Candidate doesn't receive emails when moved to a stage with a stage transition rule

For Greenhouse Recruiting to execute a stage transition rule, the candidate must have a valid email address and cannot be marked as Do Not Email.

Verify the candidate's email address

To view a candidate's email address, navigate to the candidate's profile and click the Details tab (Job Dashboard > Candidates > candidate’s name). To make any changes to the email address, click Edit.

The candidate's email address is also listed under their name in their candidate profile.

Verify the candidate is not marked as Do Not Email

To determine whether the candidate is marked as Do Not Email, navigate to the candidate’s profile (Job Dashboard > Candidates > candidate’s name).

Under the Tools section, confirm the Do Not Email box is unchecked.
