The time to review applications goal is a company goal that represents the ideal time between when a candidate submits an application and when that candidate is advanced to the next stage or rejected during the Application Review stage or Hiring Manager Review stage.

Use the time to review applications goal attainment report to track your organization's progress on this goal.

Note: Credit for this goal goes to the job's assigned recruiter during the Application Review stage and the assigned hiring manager during the Hiring Manager Review stage. Attainment for this goal occurs when a recruiter or hiring manager moves a candidate to the next stage, rejects a candidate, or leaves feedback for the candidate.

Your report will display attainment percentages for your entire organization in a visualization. Below this visual chart, you'll find a breakdown of attainment percentages for individual users or departments (depending on the report filters you've applied) in a table.

Attainment percentages are relative to the target value your organization set for this goal and the time period you've selected as a filter for your report columns. Each percentage is calculated by the total number of actions completed on time (based on the target value you've set) over the total number of actions overall for your filtered time period.

For example: You've set your time to review applications goal report to display your attainment levels per week. Each percentage represents the number of times hiring managers or recruiters reviewed applications within your target divided by the total number of times they reviewed applications (whether on time or not) for that week.
